Unitary MOBILE dust collectors are specially designed for single point dust extraction. These are especially useful in air-conditioned rooms, as the dust can be removed in the dust collector and conditioned air can be circulated in the same room. Units have also been developed with acoustic insulation to give silent operation. These dust collectors are compact and mounted on wheels.
The dust collectors can be supplied with mechanical shaker or pulse jet automatic cleaning feature. Normally for low dust level, mechanical shaker suffice. However, for large heavy dusts, pulse jet automatic cleaning is recommended to prevent build up of caking on the filter media. Standard material of construction is mild steel. These can also be offered in stainless steel construction.
Applications: Pharmaceutical, cement, chemical and dairies.
